With over 50 years experience in the 3rd party software space, the founders, Evan and Alfredo, are well versed in prioritizing the client's individualized needs.

CEO, Founder

Evan Green

Evan brings over 25 years of leadership in the FinTech and consumer finance industries to his role as CEO of Prosum Servicing. With a proven track record of scaling operations, launching new market verticals, and championing technology-driven solutions, Evan has led cross-functional teams through complex implementations and product innovations that have delivered measurable growth and lasting client success. He oversaw the loan-servicing across 1,000's of distinct portfolios, over 2M obligations, and over $10B in AUM.

Prior to cofounding Prosum, Evan served as Senior Vice President at an international loan servicing firm. Evan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado – Boulder and his Master of Business Administration, Finance and MIS from the University of Arizona. He enjoys attending live music concerts, is a hobbyist woodworker, and is an avid pickleball player. He lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs.

CTO, Founder

Alfredo Herrera

Alfredo has over 15 years of experience in technology, with a history of entrepreneurship. He has developed solutions for the FinTech and Travel Industries. He previously founded Semantic Shift LLC, a technology services company specializing in the Vacation Ownership industry.

With an eye for uncovering opportunities and capitalizing on efficiencies, Alfredo has enabled businesses – large and small - to increase revenues while reducing costs. He has been relentless in maximizing human capital by utilizing technology to automate and improve user involvement and experience, a vision he now brings to Prosum’s technology and core services.

Alfredo is an Arizona native and received a Bachelor of Arts from ASU. He likes hiking and off-roading even in Arizona’s hot summers. He lives with his wife and three daughters in the Phoenix metro area.

CFO

Michael Zimmerman

For 13+ years, Mike was the CFO and EVP of Finance at GoDaddy.com. He guided Go Daddy from a small 45 person business with $10 million in sales in 2001 to a large public company with over $2 billion in sales in 2015. He was responsible for the company's accounting, tax, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and day-to-day financial affairs, as well as oversight of the company's Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, payment processing and fraud detection organization. Since he wore many hats at Go Daddy, he was also in charge of HR, facilities and physical security.

Since his departure from GoDaddy, Mike has served as external CFO for a number of startups including Neolight, Chargenet Stations and First Pass. He graduated Lehigh U. with a B.S. in Business and Economics. He enjoys playing golf and pickleball. He lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife, two daughters, and two cats.
